Stacy's Time Abroad

After lots of travel, high-level educational seminars and an amazing up close look at a variety of long-established Italian businesses - from wineries to a parmesan cheese factory to a prosciutto processing facility and many more, Stacy is finally back home and processing all of the amazing things she saw and experienced.


Italy's ability to marry old tradition with new technology opens up lots of opportunity to explore the intersection of history, craftsmanship and modernization in our own backyard.


Now the fun part... turning all that valuable knowledge into new lessons and experience to share with her students and clients.
